The rooms are spacious with plenty of light. Comfortable beds and pillows were much appreciated. The staff always seemed happy, friendly, and very polite. Breakfast by the pool was wonderful, and the balcony offered an amazing view.

The balcony wasn't cleaned during my week-long stay. A bad odor emanated from the toilet at night. The carpet was quite old, and the curtains lacked cleanliness. -.

great location helpful staff ample space

the location suits car users well. the staff provides helpful assistance. my apartment offered ample space. i found everything i needed in the room and within the hotel, including a handy grocery store.

the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor after showering. the carpet looked old and somewhat dirty. the hotel felt slightly isolated without nearby bars or restaurants within easy walking distance.

a nice stay!!!

warm welcome excellent service positive attitude

The reception staff, especially khine, offered a warm welcome. the aqua café team provided excellent service with smiles. aman and ullah made sure every guest was comfortable at the pool area. Their positive attitudes enhanced the atmosphere.

the air diffuser in my initial room was positioned directly above the bed. this resulted in cold air blowing directly onto my head. i had to request a different room.

cigarette smell loud air conditioning

My room smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival. The air conditioning was VERY loud. It blew cold air constantly. It made getting any rest very difficult. The provided coffee machine also did not work. I found this disappointing.
